Grooming Contractor – Onboarding Agreement
This business agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is being executed at –Mumbai—on ——–/——–/20—— by and between:
MUMgroom, a duly incorporated proprietorship company under the laws of India, and having its registered office at D 401, Irvitta, Casa Rio Gold, Palava City, Thane, India-421204, Communication address: Gala No.05, Opposite Gosiya Jama Masjid, Fakir Wadi, Jogeshwari West, Near Lotus Petrol Pump, Mumbai, MH, India- 400102 (hereinafter referred as MUMgroom.com Pet Service Search Engine): and
—————————————–, Who is registered on MUMgroom’s Mobile app/website as a Service Provider in relation to Pet Grooming Services such as Dog/cat haircut, wash, treatment, styling, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”).
MUMgroom and The Service Provider shall be collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
In Consideration of mutual promises and covenants set forth below, both the Parties hereto agree to the following:
Term: This agreement is effective and valid form ——–/——–/20——– till such time that the service provider is active on MUMgroom and shall thereafter automatically cease to be in effect.
Taxation: Any financial transaction will be in-line with taxation laws of government of India.
Security deposit: The service provider agrees to make requisite deposit in lieu of getting grooming projects from MUMgroom. MUMgroom will acknowledge a security deposit of INR 30,000-50,000 once the transaction is complete. Specific terms of Security Deposit.
- MUMgroom will refund the entire security deposit of INR 30,000 – 50,000 in to the bank account of the service provider in the event that the service provider no longer wishes to remain on MUMgroom platform after 365 days from the agreement date mentioned above, The refund will be processes post 60 days of the service provider leaving MUMgroom.
- MUMgroom will provide the basic tools to the service provider during the training period, (If applicable) all the tools will be the property of MUMgroom, and have to be reseeded to MUMgroom at the time of leaving MUMgroom in the same condition provided to the service provider.
- Anything missing or damaged in the items provided to the service provider will have to bear the cost for the same or will have to pay to MUMgroom, or give the same tools to MUMgroom or the cost for the same will be deducted from the security deposit.
- During the period of the 60 days, if any escalations are received from a project completed by the service provider, MUMgroom will inform the service provider of the same and the service provider is expected to resolve the issue on the project.
- In case the service provider refuses to resolve the issue on the project due to any reason, or no reason, MUMgroom reserves the right to use the service provider’s security deposit towards rectification work on that project. Remaining balance of the security deposit will be refunded to the account of the service provider.
